What is a Bake Box?
Our Bake Boxes are a selecton of fresh bakes made in our home kitchen. Each box contains a variety of cakes and bakes, and the contents change every month so there is always something new to enjoy.
When are Bake Boxes available?
Our Bake Boxes will be available once a month to begin with. We plan introduce a second box at a later date.
How do I order a Bake Box?
Bake Boxes will be available to order through our website when they are released. The easiest way to make sure you don’t miss out is to sign up for our newsletter, where we announce when each month’s box goes live.
How will I know what’s in the Bake Box?
Each month’s Bake Box will be different. The menu will be announced when ordering opens so you can see exactly what bakes are included.
Can I collect my Bake Box?
Yes. You can choose collection in Wick, Caithness when placing your order. The collection time will be detailed in the product information and we'll send an email with the address after.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within Wick, Caithness. The delivery time will be detailed in the product information and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
Can I send a Bake Box as a gift?
Yes, Bake Boxes make a lovely gift. You can have them delivered in Wick, Caithness. You can add a gift message within the product information page.
Will allergen information be provided?
Yes. The allergens are listed on the product information. They'll also be clearly listed on a menu card included with your Bake Box.
Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Unfortunately, for our Bake Boxes we are not able to cater for specific allergens or dietary requirements.
Do Bake Boxes sell out?
Yes, as they are made in limited batches each month, Bake Boxes may sell out quickly. Signing up to the newsletter is the best way to be notified when orders open.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return my Bake Box?
We bake everything to order so we can't accept returns.
However, if there is something wrong with your order, if it’s an unsatisfactory quality or if you are in any way unsatisfied with it, please email us at hello@bonbonbakery.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.
Do you have a shopfront?
No, we currently bake from our home kitchen rather than a shop premises. Orders are available for collection in Wick or local delivery on our Bake Box weekends.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we are open to wholesale partnerships with a small number of local businesses. We’re particularly keen to work with businesses that share our values around quality, presentation and great customer experience. If you feel your business would be a good fit, please get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
